For those people who have previously been claiming Incapacity Benefit and have recently returned to employment. This service aims to provide you with a broad range of support including; debt counselling, support, occupational health support, job coaching and mentoring.

We can put help in place for you if you are thinking about leaving your job or if issues are affecting your ability to sustain employment.

How Can I Get On This Project?
If you have been on Incapacity Benefit and have recently gone back into employment.

You must have participated on a Pathways to Work programme and have gone back to work or have a start date and be living within the Tees Valley area.
