A partnership between, DISC, Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council Supporting People Programme and the Merseyside Probation Trust.

This Housing Support Service aims to assist offenders and those at risk of offending to move into approved premises in a planned way, maintain accommodation, lead a stable, crime free lifestyle and Live independently as valued members of the community

How Can I Get On This Project?
You need to be identified as needing housing support to maintain a tenancy and have a reduced risk of re-offending (subject to approval from the Merseyside Probation Trust Accommodation Unit), referrals come from MAPPA 1 Clients, MAPPA 2 Clients, MAPPA 3 Clients and Prolific & Priority Offenders.
