We are a floating support service working with people living in Darlington with a Mental Health issues and then supporting them to live independently in appropriate accommodation.

How Can I Get On This Project?
Referrals can be made by the individual or by external agencies, a Darlington referral form will need to be completed. We will arrange to meet you to help you complete the Application and Needs Assessment. you need to be over 16 years of age, living in Darlington, in need of housing support, suffering from mental health issues to access this service.
