 The Key Project helps vulnerable adults to access good quality, affordable accommodation in the private rented sector and enables you to develop independent living skills. We offer floating support and a rent bond guarantee scheme.

How Can I Get On This Project?
You can refer yourself or be referred by a number of sources including statutory, voluntary and charitable agencies as well as organisations in the private sector and individuals referring themselves.

All referrals must be made on the common referral form and approved by the Accommodation and Support Panel operated by the Council prior to acceptance onto the project.
