Allows you to move towards and settle into independent living within the community. If you are in a tenancy we can support you in your home with such things as maximising your income and budgeting, developing your independent living skills, emotional support and support to access education, training and/or employment.
We oprate this project out of several different areas including; Bradford, County Durham, Stockton and Hartlepool. Each area could have different referral criteria, if you think you can access the project but are unsure give us a call.
How Can I Get On This Project?

How Can I Get On This Project?
- ingle people aged 16-25 (Sedgefield, Durham City, Chester-le-Street, Easington, Wear Valley and Teesdale) funded by Supporting People.
- People aged 16-25 – Stockton-on-Tees – funded by Stockton Supporting People.
- People over the age of 16 with mental health problems – Darlington – funded by Supporting People.
- Housing advice and support service for gypsies, roma's and travellers when residing in County Durham.
- Young people who are engaged with the Youth Offending Service – Stockton-on-Tees - funded by Stockton Youth Offending Service and Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland - funded by South Tees Youth Offending Service.
- People aged to 16-24 in Hartlepool – funded by Hartlepool Borough Council.
- Housing Advice and Floating Support to Young Offenders - an Intensive Supervision and Surveillance Programme (ISSP) across the four Tees Valley Youth Offender Services. The aim of this scheme is to develop a range of housing options for young people aged 16–18 who are in contact with the criminal justice system.
