We are working in partnership with Bradford Metropolitan District Council’s Supporting People Team and the Enhanced Options Trailblazer Team to provide a street outreach service that will help to reduce and address the needs of rough sleepers living in Bradford.

How Can I Get On This Project?
If you are aged 16 and over, and need assistance because you are sleeping rough, couch hopping or have no permanent home or at risk of homelessness and staying in Bradford we can help.
