This is a partnership between DISC, St Anne’s, BARCA and St Martin’s. Together we are delivering a city wide integrated drug treatment service.
We see LCDP as a drug treatment services allowing our service users a means to social inclusion. We provide access to services when people want and need them. Our services include;
drug interventions, access to prescribing, blood borne virus testing and vaccinations, group work and activities, complementary therapies, dual diagnosis support and harm reduction.
In addition to this we also offer signposting to employment, education and training opportunities, support with housing and benefits and we also work with children and families.
We believe that access to community facilities and opportunities offers people the opportunity to address their substance dependence and work towards their treatment goals. Our referral process ensures swift access to effective treatment from a variety of sources. These may be self referrals, health, social care and other agencies and family and friends.
