This service is aimed at supporting a range of people with varying substance misuse issues. You will have your own recovery worker who will remain with you throughout your journey to recovery and will encourage and support you to undertake a range of structured interventions and activities.

Substance Misusers that are 18+ (Drugs, alcohol, prescription and steroids) living in North Lancashire, Morecambe, Fleetwood, St Anne’s and Lancaster.
] Journey 2 Recovery
This service is aimed at supporting a range of people with varying substance misuse issues. You will have your own recovery worker who will remain with you throughout your journey to recovery and will encourage and support you to undertake a range of structured interventions and activities.
The service also provide:-
- Harm Reduction – including needle exchange
- Advice & Assistance- including family and friends
- Structured Psychosocial interventions
- Counseling service
- Group work/Structured Programmes
- Prescribing services via DELPHI medical
